Leading Across Generations
NorCal NECA is committed to individual growth within the electrical construction industry. In 2024, the Chapter is continuing its quarterly Professional Development Program. This program will consist of quarterly seminars to enhance member skills, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities. Participants will leave each session inspired and have the tools to be more effective in the workplace, make meaningful contributions to their teams, and advance in their careers. These seminars are free to NorCal NECA Members.
The 2nd Quarter 2024 seminar will be “Leading Across Generations.” This dynamic program will be presented virtually by Dale Carnegie.

About this program: In the quest for inclusivity, honoring the strengths of each generation is foundational. It is a well-documented fact that diversity leads to more innovation, retention and bottom-line success. Leading a team of diverse generations can be an incredibly rich and productive experience when you have the skills in place to capitalize on the strengths of each generation. You will learn the approaches that will most often help you lead members of each generation, resulting in an engaging and productive work environment for everyone.
As a result of this course, you will gain:

- Additional confidence in yourself as a leader and manager in a multi-generational context
