About this program: Your strength as a leader is conditional on your ability to influence others at all levels of your organization. This course releases your confidence and enthusiasm that has previously been hidden by fear and self-consciousness. You’ll discover how to say “no” (but nicely) and eliminate all questions of who’s in charge.
By overcoming fear and self-uneasiness, you’ll be able to communicate much more confidently with customers, co-workers and superiors. Apply new insights to persuade others to your point of view, and your enthusiasm will pervade. The world is your oyster!
At the end of this program, you will be able to:
- Replace shyness with confidence
- Meet new people easily
- Influence people to your point of view
- Reduce self-consciousness and fear
- Deal effectively with difficult situations
