About this Course: When we think about managing multiple projects at once, our minds typically lead to thoughts of stress, burnout, anxiety and sometimes panic. But with proper planning, these activities can be completed all while staying calm, cool and collected. In this training session, you will learn how to prioritize your tasks, manage time conflicts, decrease pressure, and complete multiple projects with confidence.
