Many think of fraud as stealing money but often theft is happening through wasted time, tool theft and many other preventable items at the job site. In depth discussion on what steps the owner can take to help prevent and/or detect fraud within their organization. Following this course, participants will be able to:

• Identify how fraud may be, or likely is, being committed in your business
• Explain how management can be involved in preventing fraud within your company
• Apply various internal controls to help minimize, or even eliminate fraud
• Discuss next steps within your company to implement fraud protections
