OR
Cohort #2 = Wedesday – Thursday, November 6 – 7, 2024

Time:  8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location:  NorCal NECA Office (7041 Koll Center Parkway, Suite 100, Pleasanton)

About this program:  This course focuses on the audience – the listeners. If a presenter sincerely cares about conveying the most appropriate message, the focus can change from thinking about ourselves to a breakthrough in helping to overcome some of the natural nervousness of distracting habits that can inhibit success.

The High Impact Presentations course will teach you to structure an effective presentation that builds credibility and engages your audience while clearly and persuasively conveying your message. Participants explore the optimum use of voice and gesture to create a lasting impression – as well as a variety of presentation styles, ranging from a formal speech to a casual meeting or contentious conversation.

At the end of this program, you will learn how to:

  • Persuade your audience using indisputable data
  • Lead effective Q&A session
  • Communicate with clarity and certainty
  • Interact with a natural and composed demeanor
  • Illustrate complex material directly and simply
  • Demonstrate unfamiliar material expertly
  • Project confidence and enthusiasm that builds credibility
